The much anticipated Safaricom International Jazz Festival will be happening on 23rd February featuring international and local artists with the week-long concerts ending with a family extravaganza at the Ngong Racecourse.
Following a tweet from the Safaricom Ltd CEO Bob Collymore, fans can now buy the event tickets by calling 1511 from their Safaricom lines then paying via Mpesa.

How to pay via Mpesa
Once you dial the 1511, the Safaricom customer care agent will reserve the preferred ticket(s), you will then receive the confirmation via sms as well as instructions on what Pay bill number to pay to. Afterwards, the ticket will be sent to you. You will need to show that ticket at the entrance to the event.
This is a directory service which will cost you Ksh. 20 per call.
Ticket Cost
Tickets are available for KSh 2500 VIP Ksh 1,000 regular and Ksh 300 for students. Children under 12 come in free as long as they are accompanied by a paying adult.

Tickets can also be purchased at select Safaricom Shops – Sarit, Village Market, Junction, I&M and Galleria as well as the Safaricom Michael Joseph Centre.
